MyMercho / Portal

Your money, your documents, your terminals — without the phone call.

MyMercho Porta is the part of the platform your merchants use. This page is written for them.

Documents

Upload it once. Watch what happens to it.

Uploaded → Under review → Verified or Returned with a reason

Each document you upload moves through its own states. If something comes back, it comes back with a reason — so you can fix that one thing and re-upload it, rather than starting again or ringing someone to ask.

  • Upload the documents your acquirer asks for, from a phone or a laptop
  • See exactly which are verified, which are being reviewed and which need attention
  • A returned document tells you why
  • Your KYC status is visible at all times, not something you have to request

What you can do

  • Read your transactions across POS, QR and e-commerce in one list
  • See your settlement — gross, what was deducted and what landed
  • Manage your banners and promotions, which your acquirer approves before they appear
  • Switch the whole portal between English and Arabic
Getting paid

What the settlement view actually tells you.

Plain answers to the three questions

  • How much did I take? — gross captured, for the period you choose
  • What was deducted? — the merchant discount rate, scheme fees and any aggregator commission, line by line
  • What actually landed? — the net settlement, per currency

Figures illustrative. Your own rates are the ones your acquirer has agreed with you, and every change to them carries the date it took effect.

Send us your merchant hierarchy, your MCC list and your fee plans. We come back with a migration shape, a roles and scoping model, and a delivery schedule.
